Monsters
Date: 19th Nov 2014 @ 5:09pm
After reading Not Now, Bernard our interest in monsters has grown and grown. After the police emailed us on Monday we created Wanted posters to help find the monster who ate Bernard. In the Writing Area the children have been looking at monsters in other books and have come up with some super adjectives about them leading us to create our own monsters today in class (which will hopefully only ever exsist on paper as some of them were truly terrifying!)
The children have also been creating monster habitats in the sand area including delicious morsals for their monsters to eat such as spiders and centipedes!
I'm delighted to hear the children have been sharing their love of learning with their adults at home.
