Florence Nightingale

We had a wonderful visit from Florence Nightingale today.

She told us all about her childhood and her travels across Europe.

We entered her life- dancing, painting and playing the piano.

She took us along with her on the journey she took to Turkey where we cleaned the hospital and helped the wounded soldiers.

It was a wonderful morning and it gave us a fantastic insight into the life of this "Healthy Hero".
